TRANSMISSION

　　The transmission device adopts the hard tooth surface reducer specially designed by our company for transmission. Install an elastic coupling or hydraulic coupling between the motor and the reducer. The power generated by the reducer makes the stirring arm do both autobiography and revolution, and the scraper arm does revolution. Thus, the stirring movement has both revolution and rotation, the stirring movement track is complicated, the stirring movement is strong, the efficiency is high, and the stirring quality is uniform.

STIRRING DEVICE

　　For mixing different materials, cast iron can be selected for the liner, HARDOX wear-resistant plates and high wear-resistant surfacing materials imported from Sweden. The high-nickel alloy mixing blade is more wear-resistant, and polyurethane blades are optional.

INSPECTION FACILITY

　　The large-size inspection door is convenient for inspection and cleaning. The key safety control device ensures that when the inspection door is opened, the motor cannot operate even if the power switch is turned on. The hydraulic unloading system is equipped with a manual door opening device, which can open the door manually in case of power failure.
