HZS60 Concrete Batching Plant is the Belt conveying type, the productivity is 60m3/h. This concrete batching plant is designed and manufactured by Zhengzhou KAMO Machinery Co.,Ltd.
It has the automatic feeding function of the belt conveyor, it is widely used in large-medium construction, commercial concrete industry, commercial concrete production plants, road and bridge engineering, concrete product prefabrication plants, precast plants, highway maintenance, bridge construction, etc. It has many advantages such as simple design, quick installation, and space saving, which are ideal for the majority of construction units to produce high-quality concrete.
The mixer adopts the JS series double-horizontal-shaft forced mixer, which adopts the latest design ideas of electronic weighing, microcomputer control, digital display and other control technologies. The electronic weighing has buffer devices and automatic compensation functions, and the measurement accuracy is high. The aggregate feeding system adopts herringbone belt feeding and is equipped with maintenance aisles. There is an aggregate storage bin above the mixer, which increases the feeding speed of aggregates, thereby greatly improving the production efficiency of concrete.
