InstagramHZS35 concrete batching plant is designed and manufactured by Zhengzhou KAMO Machinery Co., Ltd.
It is a miniature concrete batching plant with automatic feeding function, the productivity is 35m3/h. It is very suitable for small construction sites, precast parts factories, small commercial concrete production plants and road maintenance.
The mixer adopts the JS series double-horizontal-shaft forced mixer, which adopts the latest design ideas of electronic weighing, microcomputer control, digital display and other control technologies. The electronic weighing has a buffer device and automatic compensation function, with high measurement accuracy. The aggregate feeding system adopts hopper feeding, which shortens the floor space of the mixing station and is economical and affordable. It is the ideal equipment for the majority of small concrete projects.

5. Adopting the water supply system and the principle of water pump boosting, the water flow speed is accelerated and the spray is even.
6. The main components of the electrical control system are all well-known brands such as Siemens, Schneider or Chint, with reliable performance and easy operation; the electrical control room is also equipped with printers, air conditioning and lighting functions.
